Liz Usherwood

Liz Usherwood is an accomplished Senior Product Manager at First Due, with a strong background in product management and technical implementation. Prior to joining First Due, Liz held various roles at OpenGov Inc., where responsibilities included leading product roadmaps for Permitting & Licensing, managing cross-functional sales processes, and reducing ticket backlogs. As a Solution Architect at OpenGov, expertise was provided in end-to-end solution delivery, while earlier roles focused on team leadership and deployment methodology. Additional experience includes managing implementation teams at ViewPoint Government Solutions and a contract position as a Process Analyst. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from New College of Florida and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
