Melanie Dow

Melanie Dow has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at First Eagle Investment Management since October 2010. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Wells Fargo Securities and Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America. Melanie's career began with a significant tenure as a Senior HR Generalist at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Melanie participated in global volunteer work, notably designing a group therapy program at the Red Cross De-Addiction Center in Dharamsala, India. Melanie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maine, a Masters-Level Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and coaching credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
