Kaaron Williams possesses extensive experience in the credit union and banking sectors, currently serving as Semi Retired while previously holding the position of Director of Real Estate Lending at First Entertainment Credit Union since June 2004. Kaaron has also contributed to organizations such as First Financial Credit Union as AVP of Real Estate Lending, California Credit Union as Manager of Real Estate and Consumer Loan Servicing/Funding, and held managerial roles at Countrywide Home Loans, Washington Mutual, Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union, and Lockheed Federal Credit Union. Kaaron's career began at Security Pacific National Bank and has been marked by a strong focus on lending and loan servicing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara, alongside a certificate in Bank Management from UCLA.
