Pablo Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Pablo started their career in 2002 at Hewlett-Packard, where they served as a Business Manager and Transition and Transformation Program Manager. In this role, they managed projects for both internal and external clients, including implementation of new businesses and SAP projects.

In 2016, Pablo joined VMware as a Managing Sales Acceleration Programs (Program Manager), responsible for leading sales acceleration programs. In 2019, they transitioned into a Manager role in the Worldwide Partner Organization PMO team, where they supported the organization's global corporate strategy by planning and executing strategic projects and driving process improvements through automation.

Currently, Pablo is employed at First Factory as a Senior Client Experience Manager. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Customer Experience Manager and a Project Manager.

Pablo Alvarado's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Sapulpa High School in Oklahoma and obtained a Secundaria degree with a focus on Higher Education Administration. Pablo then went on to study at the University of the Ozarks from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Licenciatura en Management degree with a bachillerato in Marketing y Ciencias Politicas, specializing in Management.

In 2017, Pablo pursued further education by attending Stanford University, where they completed a program on Leading Innovation in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Pablo also attended the INCAE Business School in the same year and completed the Digital Executive Program, focusing on Digital Innovation.

Pablo continued their education at INCAE Business School in 2018, acquiring a Professional Degree in Business Strategic Planning. The following year, in 2019, they obtained another Professional Degree from INCAE Business School, this time in Innovation for Business.

Recently, in 2020, Pablo enrolled in a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery program at Harvard University. Additionally, they possess additional certifications including a Business Process Design for Strategic Management certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management obtained in January 2021, and two Scrum Master Professional Certificates obtained in July 2018 and July 2020 respectively, from CertiProf.
