Rebecca Truong

Rebecca Truong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Their most recent position is at First Factory, where they have held three roles starting from September 2020. Rebecca began as an Associate Director of Product Development, then moved on to become the Director of Client Experience, and currently holds the position of VP of Client Experience.

Prior to joining First Factory, Rebecca worked at Kaplan Test Prep for a significant period. Their roles at Kaplan include Product Owner, Associate Product Owner, Business Analyst, Production Support Lead, Staff Support Manager, Staff Service Manager, Associate Center Director, Center Manager, and Marketing Manager. Rebecca was involved in activities such as leading cross-division development teams, driving digital strategy and roadmap, prioritizing team backlog, translating business requests into technical solutions, improving deliverable processes, providing technical support, managing projects and initiatives, coordinating operations and logistics, and conducting local marketing efforts.

In between their time at Kaplan Test Prep, Rebecca also worked at Kaplan Bar Review as an Institutional Operations Manager, where they coordinated logistics for institutional accounts, managed deliverables across departments and cross-functional groups, and had direct client contact.

Rebecca Truong completed their high school education at Choate Rosemary Hall from 1997 to 2000. Rebecca then went on to attend Syracuse University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Geography, and Latin American Studies.
