Melissa Whitfield

Melissa Whitfield, SHRM-CP, serves as the Executive Assistant at First Federal since September 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of HR/Recruiter at Climax Portable Machining & Welding Systems from August 2012 to September 2021 and completed a Business Management Degree at Chemeketa Community College from September 2010 to August 2012. Melissa's experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Suntron Corporation from September 1996 to April 2010 and providing medical administration in the US Air Force from July 1982 to December 1994, stationed at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska and Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota.
