Katlyn Taylor

Katlyn Taylor has extensive experience in transaction services and childcare. Currently serving as Transactions Services Lead at First Federal Lakewood since April 2017, Katlyn acts as the primary contact for ACH, check, and card issues, coordinating resolutions for inquiries from various departments. Prior to this role, Katlyn worked as a File Clerk at First Federal Lakewood through Robert Half, ensuring quality control of documents and managing confidential information. Earlier experience includes roles as a Childcare Provider and Childcare Teacher, where Katlyn provided educational support and supervision to children. Katlyn holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Lorain County Community College and a high school diploma from Lorain Admiral King High School.
