Jim Reames

Jim Reames is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the banking industry. Jim began their career in 2008 at Home Federal Bank, where they held various roles including Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager, as well as Vice President and Commercial Branch Manager. During their time at Home Federal Bank, Jim was responsible for managing and developing the bank's largest retail location and building relationships with investment and treasury management teams. Jim then moved on to D.L. Evans Bank in 2015, where they served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator until 2020. In 2010, Jim took on a leadership role at Boys & Girls Clubs of America as President and Executive Board Member, overseeing the board of directors. Most recently, Jim joined First Federal Savings Bank in 2020 as the Treasure Valley Market President.

Jim Reames attended Boise State University and obtained a degree in General Business Management. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of Washington, where they pursued a Masters degree in Pacific Coast Banking School - Graduate School of Business.
