Sally Heckman

Sally Heckman has a diverse range of work experience. Sally began their career in 2005 as a Branch Manager at Park National Bank, where they managed various divisions across Ohio, Florida, and Alabama. From 2010 to 2012, Sally worked as an Associate Director of Recruitment at SC search consultants, llc, a retained executive search firm. Sally then joined First Federal Savings in 2012 and held various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as the President & CEO. First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Newark has been their primary focus, providing a safe place for customers to keep their savings and offering mortgage money. Sally also had an internship at Paul Werth Associates in 2009. Overall, Sally has gained extensive experience in banking, executive recruitment, and leadership positions.

Sally Heckman obtained an MBA in Strategy from The Ohio State University from 2007 to 2009. Sally also pursued an additional MBA in Strategy and Human Asset Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business during the same period. Prior to their MBA degrees, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from DePauw University from 2001 to 2005. Sally explored their interest in French further by studying at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes in 2003 and Middlebury College in 2003. Sally completed their secondary education at Granville High School from 1997 to 2001, and their primary education at William E. Miller Elementary School from 1988 to 1994.
