Lisa Priest-Hill

Lisa Priest-Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa began working at Safeway in 1995, where they held the role of Person in Charge. Lisa'sresponsibilities included mentoring and hiring, managing the store during evening and weekend shifts, and handling financial tasks such as preparing daily deposits and managing payroll. In 2008, they joined First Federal of Port Angeles as a Customer Service Manager. Lisa then transitioned to First Fed, where they held multiple roles including Compliance Manager and Retail Operations Manager, ensuring branch procedures and policies were followed and serving as a risk and project manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Risk and Compliance-SVP at First Fed.

Lisa Priest-Hill's education history includes attending Peninsula College from 1993 to 1996, where they studied Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to that, they attended Port Angeles High School from 1989 to 1993. Lisa has obtained several certifications including Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), LogicGate Power User Certification, Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, and various LinkedIn certifications related to performance management, communication about culturally sensitive issues, difficult conversations about race at work, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
