Tim Oliver

Tim Oliver, CPA, currently serves as SVP/Treasurer at First Federal since November 2020, overseeing a bond portfolio exceeding $375MM and managing interest rate risk, liquidity, and financial analysis while leading the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO). Prior to this role, Tim held the position of VP/Controller at Heritage Bank NW, where responsibilities included managing a team, coordinating tax filings, and updating SOX controls. Tim also served as VP/Controller at Kitsap Bank and held several significant roles at Sound Credit Union, Mountain Pacific Bank, and Moss Adams LLP, accumulating extensive experience in financial reporting, risk management, and accounting procedures. Tim's academic qualifications include a B.A. in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University and an A.A. in Business Accounting from Pierce College Puyallup.
