Currently serving as Managing Director of the Professional Services Division and Veterinary Practice Lender at First Financial Bank since September 2019, Schwanda Flowers also holds a significant academic role at the UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy, where involvement dates back to July 2005. Academic titles include Adjunct Associate Professor, Interim Dean, and Assistant Dean for Experiential Education. The Pharmacy Lending Division makes loans to independent pharmacy owners nationwide with offices located in Arkansas (Fayetteville), Mississippi (Madison), Texas (The Woodlands), and Nevada (Gardnerville).
