Dwayne Cole

Dwayne Cole currently serves as a District Leader at First Financial Bank, having held various roles including Consumer Banking Operations Supervisor, Mortgage Loan Officer, and Retail Region President since April 2018. In this position, Dwayne is responsible for the performance metrics of 84 banking centers across Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois, focusing on client-centered service and financial performance. Prior experience includes serving as Market President and Branch Manager at MainSource Bank from February 2002 to April 2018, where Dwayne led sales culture initiatives and managed branch operations. Dwayne has also contributed as Treasurer for the Jefferson County Industrial Development Corporation, Board President for the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce and Girls Incorporated of Jefferson County, and as Store Manager at Versailles Super Valu. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Finance from Indiana State University and attendance at the CBA Executive Banking School from 2010 to 2012.
