Jean Ambrose

Jean Ambrose has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jean started their career at HSBC in 2009 as a Global Support Executive in Premier Banking and worked there until 2014. Jean then joined PayPal, where they held various roles including Fraud Prevention Executive, Spoof Processing Executive, Risk Operations Appeals Specialist, and Consumer Risk Services Senior Specialist. In 2020, Jean Ambrose joined Jewel Paymentech as a Fraud Analyst and subsequently progressed to Assistant Manager and Manager positions.

Jean Ambrose obtained an Executive Diploma in Business Administration from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur from 2014 to 2016. In 2019, Jean Ambrose obtained certifications in LEAN SIX SIGMA from Advanced Technology Training Center (ADTEC) and Certified Training Professional from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia. In 2023, Jean Ambrose enrolled in the University of East London and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2024.
