Emily Baloun

Emily Baloun has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Emily currently holds the position of Director, Talent Management at First Financial Bank, where they are responsible for overseeing the bank's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring an inclusive candidate experience. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, where they supported business lines in achieving their objectives and implemented talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain associates.

Before joining First Financial Bank, Emily worked at Tyson Foods as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Emily also gained experience in Human Resources at E-Technologies Group.

Emily Baloun received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Miami University from 2008 to 2012.
