Lucy Sun

Lucy Sun, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Milrose Consultants, the largest technical consulting firm in the US focused on building codes, architecture, and engineering. Previously, Lucy worked at Meta as a Talent Partner for Enterprise Engineering, where foundational learning and development initiatives were established. Earlier roles include Director of Talent Management at Wiley, Senior Manager, and Consultant at NeuroLeadership Institute, with a background in HR strategy consulting at Korn Ferry Hay Group. Lucy holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Life Sciences.
