Erica Day is an experienced professional in IT security and call center operations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Cyber Security - Identity and Access Management at First Financial Bank since August 2018, Erica previously held roles including IT Security Programs Manager and IT Support Center Manager at the same institution. Prior experience includes managing client engagements at CareWorks Tech, and overseeing call center operations at EMCOR Group, Inc. and Transend, LLC. Erica also operated as a call center consultant, providing services for the Department of Homeland Security.
