Greg Dillion

Greg Dillion has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Consumer Lending Fulfillment at First Financial Bank since January 2007, where responsibilities have included overseeing various facets of mortgage underwriting and consumer lending processes. Prior titles at the bank include VP of Mortgage & Consumer Fulfillment Manager, VP of Underwriting and Processing Manager, and AVP of Underwriting Supervisor. Dillion specializes in DE and conventional mortgage underwriting, risk assessment for consumer products, and training material creation. In addition to banking, Greg Dillion is the owner of HD Property Development LLC, focusing on the rehabilitation and redevelopment of distressed properties since May 2009. Previous experience includes working as a Mortgage Originator/Processor at Humbert Mortgage from 2002 to 2006. Greg Dillion pursued education at Northern Kentucky University from 2002 to 2004.
