Michael Delise

Michael DeLise has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as a Vice President at Irwin Mortgage in 1995 and held this position until 2004. In 2006, they joined First Financial Bank as Vice President in the IT Program Office and served in this role until 2010. Michael then progressed to become the First Vice President and Director of Technology from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they took on the role of Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff - Community Banking (Western Region) from 2013 to 2016. Finally, they moved on to become the Senior Director of Credit Risk Reporting & Strategy, a position they still hold.

Michael DeLise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies in the years 1986 to 1990.
