Rick Dennen

Rick Dennen currently serves as the Chief Corporate Banking Officer at First Financial Bank since April 2021 and also holds the position of President at First Commercial Finance, a division of First Financial Bank that includes Oak Street Funding and First Franchise Capital. Rick founded Oak Street Funding in 2003 and has been its CEO since then. Additionally, Rick is a Partner at White River Venture Partners and has been in this role since March 2000. Rick previously worked as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University from 2012 to April 2021, teaching Venture Capital and Entrepreneurial Finance. Rick served as the Vice Chairman on the Board of the Indiana CPA Society from 2006 to 2010 and worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 1993 to 2000, specializing in Audit and Assurance Services and Securitization Consulting. Rick holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
