Roddell McCullough

Roddell McCullough is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in community development and operations. Currently serving as the Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at First Financial Bank since July 2010, Roddell leads initiatives focused on community development, corporate governance, diversity, equity, inclusion, supplier diversity, and sustainability. Previous roles at First Financial include Client Segmentation Executive and Community Development Director, where Roddell executed strategies aimed at supporting low- and moderate-income clients. Roddell's operational expertise is further demonstrated through earlier positions at Fidelity Investments and US Bank.
