Nicole is also the Founder and Director of Flourish since August 2010. Additionally, Nicole is an Author/Motivational Speaker at Inspired By Nicole since December 2013. Nicole previously co-owned Pink Pearl Magazine from April 2011 to July 2013, where the focus was on empowering women and helping local businesses through marketing efforts. At Flourish, Nicole aims to prepare at-risk teens for a more productive tomorrow by increasing personal awareness culturally and socially through positive experiences and reinforcement of commitment to family and community.
