Michaela McNicholl

Michaela McNicholl is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and desktop support roles. Currently serving as a Level 2 Support Technician and Desktop Support Technician at First Focus IT since January 2020, Michaela previously held positions at Jones Day as an Information Technology Support Officer, Mad Mex Fresh Mexican as an IT Support Specialist, Citi as a Technical Support Analyst, and Argento as an IT Support Specialist. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and a Foundation degree in Computer Software Engineering, both from Ulster University, along with an educational foundation from St Patrick's College, Maghera.
