Clifford Serrano

Clifford Serrano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Clifford started their career at Standard Chartered Bank in 1991, where they served as the Workstation & Server Support Manager. In 2001, they joined Philam Life Insurance Company as the Data Center Manager. Clifford then moved to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as the IT Service Delivery Manager for Treasury & Securities Services in 2009. In 2010, Clifford returned to Philam Life Insurance Company as the IT Infrastructure Head and later became the Application Development & MIS Head. In 2016, they joined Energy Development Corporation as the Central IT Services Head. Clifford then worked at FWD Insurance as the IT Operations & Infrastructure Head before becoming the Head of IT Service Management at First Gen Corporation in 2020. Clifford Serrano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science majoring in Information Technology from De La Salle University, from the year 1986 to 1990. Clifford also holds a certification in ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in the year 2014.
