Martin Barclay is a seasoned construction and project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects. Currently serving as Project & Construction Manager at First Gen Corporation since July 2016, Martin is responsible for the development of a new LNG Receiving Terminal. Previous positions include roles at Black & Veatch Singapore Ltd. as Assistant Site Manager, Fluor Daniel Eastern, Inc. as Project/Site Manager for Honeywell Electronic Materials IHS Expansion, and construction manager at WorleyParsons Ltd. managing an EPCM gas receiving station project in Hong Kong. Martin has also held significant construction management roles at Fluor Daniel Eastern, Inc., Qatargas, Twin Towers Enterprises, Inc., and ARCO China, focusing on various LNG and utility installation projects. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Purdue University.
