Mike Durham

Mike Durham has extensive experience in leadership and financial management across the charitable and private sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at First Give, Mike plays a crucial role in promoting social action among students. Previously, Mike held the position of Deputy CEO and COO at Cumberland Lodge, focusing on education about democracy and ethical leadership. As Interim Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CFO at Oxfam, Mike significantly contributed to financial planning and recovery strategies. An accomplished financial professional, Mike has held various roles in financial accounting and management since the late 1980s, including positions at Burberry and Tesco/Dunnhumby, and has qualifications from Bayes Business School and UCL.
