Kirsty Wright has extensive experience in customer service and management within the transportation and automotive sectors. Currently serving as HEx Customer Service Manager at Great Western Railway (GWR) since December 2019, Kirsty has also held roles such as Team Interface Manager (in a secondment capacity) and Train Manager. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Service Manager at Scania Group from April 2013 to November 2019, and a role as Recruitment Consultant at PMC from February 2008 to January 2010. Kirsty holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Automotive Retail Management from Loughborough University, completed in January 2022, and a Diploma in Automotive Retail Management from the same institution, obtained in 2020.
