Melanie Gottschalck

Melanie Gottschalck has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melanie started their career as a Lending Intern at First Guaranty Bank in January 2012 and later worked as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to Assistant Credit Department Manager. Melanie then became the Credit Department Manager in August 2017 and subsequently transitioned to the role of Assistant to the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) in October 2020. Melanie's most recent position at First Guaranty Bank is Officer and Assistant to the CLO, which they have held since May 2023. Prior to their employment at First Guaranty Bank, they served as the CEO of District 62 Highway Federal Credit Union from January 2010 to December 2011.

Melanie Gottschalck obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU from 2015 to 2017.
