Currently serving as the SVP of Retail Banking at First Harvest Credit Union since March 2021, Kimberly has previously held the position of Regional Vice President at Police & Fire Federal Credit Union, where management focused on sales, operations, and member experience within the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas. Kimberly's career also includes a tenure as District Executive SVP at Santander from 2007 to 2016, overseeing operations in the Philadelphia region, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing top talent within the organization.
