Lisa Noreski has a well-rounded work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at First Harvest Credit Union since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Nav Inc. as the Director of People Strategy from March 2021 to September 2023. Before joining Nav Inc., Lisa spent several years at Discover Financial Services, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Supervisor, and Recruiter/Senior Recruiter. Lisa also worked at ConleyMorgan as a Recruiter from July 2004 to June 2007. Throughout their career, Lisa has honed their skills in recruitment, strategic hiring planning, and building client relationships.

Lisa Noreski has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Goldey-Beacom College. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Rowan University. Furthermore, Lisa has obtained several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2012. Most recently, they obtained the Equality Utah: LGBTQ Diversity in the Workplace certification in 2022.
