Scott Miyaki

Scott Miyaki has a diverse range of work experience. Scott currently works at First Hawaiian Bank as a Vice President, Program Manager, where they are responsible for the build-out, launch, and management of the Accelerated Cohort of Credit Excellence and Learning (ACCEL) Program. Previously, they worked at American Savings Bank as the First Vice President, Recruiting Manager. Prior to that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Hawaiian Host Group, where they oversaw Talent Acquisition activities and built out the department. Before that, they worked at Bank of Hawaii as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, where they recruited for positions at all levels and provided valuable insights to hiring managers. Scott also has experience as an Executive Search Consultant at East West Consulting K.K., where they focused on sales, marketing, and engineering positions. Their earliest experience was as an English Teacher at AEON Corporation, where they taught English language classes.

Scott Miyaki received their B.A. degree in Business Management from Pacific University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
