Keith Bannerman

Keith Bannerman currently serves as the Head of Retail and Digital Technology at Bank of the West, overseeing technology solutions and leading a team of approximately 220 professionals. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Bannerman previously held senior roles at RBS, where responsibilities included managing a large team for online and mobile banking across multiple brands and leading technology initiatives as part of the Future Bank strategy. Earlier in Bannerman's career, notable positions included Chief Technology Officer at Citizens Bank, managing technology services for a significant workforce and customer base, and leading the integration of central infrastructure during the ABN AMRO merger at RBS. Bannerman holds a Scottish National Certificate in Computer Data Processing from Stevenson College Edinburgh.
