Mindy L. McClure, MSN, RN-BC is a seasoned health informatics professional currently serving as the Director of Health Informatics at First Health Advisory since March 2023. In this role, Mindy consults with healthcare systems to implement inpatient virtual nurse programs and leads remote teams across IT, informatics, clinical, and engineering domains. Prior experience includes directing health informatics at Trinity Health from January 2020 to March 2023, focusing on innovative nursing care delivery models, and implementing inpatient virtual nursing initiatives. Mindy also worked as an Informatics and Process Improvement Consultant at Berkshire Medical Center, where collaboration on process improvement initiatives took place. Additionally, the role of Clinical Transformation Specialist at Trinity Health involved assessing and optimizing health informatics projects. Mindy began a career in clinical informatics at Ascension Genesys Medical Center, working on operational performance measures. Mindy holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Excelsior University.
