Nisha Srishan

Nisha Srishan has been working in the field of data analytics and python development since 2015. Nisha began their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Paterson Arts and Science Charter School, where they participated in benchmark testing analysis, planned lessons aligned with Common Core Standards, and implemented effective teaching tools, interactive methods and technology to engage students and supported each students’ academic success. In 2018, they began working as a Mathematics Teacher at West Milford High School, where they planned, developed, and executed lessons to align with curriculum and the state’s Common Core Standards, and adapted curriculum for individual and remedial instruction to meet the needs of all students. In 2022, they began working as a Python Developer at EarthCam, Inc. and in 2023, they began working as a Data Analytics Associate at First Help Financial.

Nisha Srishan completed a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematical Sciences at the University of Connecticut between 2008 and 2012. Nisha then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Data Science at Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2020 to 2022. During their studies, Nisha also obtained certifications in Advanced SQL for Query Tuning and Performance Optimization, Learning SQL Programming, Excel: Dashboards for Beginners, MySQL Essential Training, and Python for Business Analytics from LinkedIn and Ramapo College of New Jersey.
