Jacob Fawson

Jacob Fawson, MAI, AI-GRS, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate appraisal with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser at First Horizon Bank since July 2020, Jacob has previously held the position of Commercial Review Appraiser at IBERIABANK from November 2011 to July 2020, and prior to that, at Whitney Bank from August 2008 to November 2011. Jacob's career also includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at both Integra Realty Resources from 2004 to 2008 and Columbia Valuation Group from 2002 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Utah, obtained between 2006 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the same institution, earned from 1994 to 1998.
