Rocky Weileman

Rocky Weileman has extensive experience in banking and workforce management, currently serving in a Distribution Planning and Workforce Management role at First Horizon Bank since July 2020. Prior to this position, Rocky worked at IBERIABANK from March 2012 to July 2020, focusing on Retail and Small Business Banking Strategy & Performance. Rocky's career also includes significant roles at Capital One, where responsibilities included Sales Strategy & Analysis and Consumer Deposit Products & Engagement from May 2005 to February 2012, as well as experience at Hibernia National Bank in Retail & Small Business Deposit Product Management from March 2004 to May 2005, and at WorldCom in Small Business Marketing from March 1999 to April 2003. Rocky holds an MBA from The University of Southern Mississippi (1997-1998) and a BSBA in Marketing from the same institution (1993-1997), along with completion of the CBA Executive Banking School from 2013 to 2015.
