Shawn O'Neal

Shawn O'Neal has extensive experience in hospitality and operations management, currently serving as a Front Office Assistant at First Hospitality since September 2022. Previously, O'Neal held the position of Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare from November 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included dispatching housekeeping requests and managing quality assurance. Prior to that, O'Neal worked as a Guest Service Supervisor at The Palmer House a Hilton Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Chicago, and served as Bell Captain at The Allerton Hotel, gaining comprehensive skills in request handling and scheduling throughout various roles in the industry.
