Dana R. has extensive experience in various administrative and customer service roles, starting as an Assistant at the Institute of Economic Research from August 2000 to October 2003. Subsequent positions include Call Center Advisor at Orange Slovensko, Production Manager at AMOS Typo and BigBoard Praha, and Purchasing Agent at Siemens, showcasing a strong background in communication, procurement, and production management. From October 2012 to July 2013, Dana worked as an Office Assistant at Scandinavia Handel & Rekrytering KB, handling administrative tasks and communication with clients and suppliers. Since March 2021, Dana has served as a Hotel Receptionist at First Hotels, further enhancing skills in customer service and operations. Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Linnaeus University and is currently pursuing further education at TUC Yrkeshögskola.
