Tomas Ablahad

Tomas Ablahad is an accomplished hotel and bakery professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager at First Hotels since January 2017, Tomas successfully led the hotel to win the franchise hotel of the year award in 2018, and achieved significant revenue growth from 5.4 million SEK in 2016 to 12.2 million SEK in 2018. In addition, Tomas is the founder and Head of Provsmakning and Innovation at Tegnérs Bageri, overseeing two bakeries/cafés with a turnover exceeding 17 million SEK as of 2023. Previously, Tomas held various roles including Assistant Hotel Manager and Front Office Manager at Brunnby Hotel, Hotel Manager at Flyghotellet Bromma, and revenue management positions within prominent hotel chains. Educational qualifications include a Kvalificerad Yrkeshögskoleexamen in Revenue Management and Hotel Management from Frans Schartaus Handelsinstitut, along with a background in Financial Economic social science from Tumba gymnasium.
