Dennis Klaeser

Dennis Klaeser serves as an Executive Advisor at OakNorth, providing strategic guidance for expansion into North America, while also holding positions on the boards of directors for Old Second National Bank and First Independence Bank. Klaeser is a limited partner in mHUB’s Product Impact Fund, which invests in early-stage physical product companies. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Lawrence University, Klaeser chairs the Finance Committee and participates in multiple committees focused on governance and diversity. Klaeser previously served as CFO and Strategic Advisor at TCF Bank, where significant growth was achieved, and as CFO at both Chemical Bank and Talmer Bank, driving mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and multiple Master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and Lawrence University.
