Brad Kluever

Brad Kluever has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Brad started their career in 2009 as an Asset Manager at Brit Asset Management, where they managed a national industrial real estate portfolio and handled various asset management activities. In 2014, they joined First Industrial Realty Trust as a Regional Investment Analyst, where they were responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new real estate business in the East and Central U.S. markets. Brad then progressed to the role of Senior Investment Associate, where they focused on industrial acquisitions and development. In 2018, they became an Investment Officer, and in 2020, they were promoted to Regional Director/Market Leader in the company's Houston office. In this role, they are responsible for leasing, acquisitions, development, and asset management, as well as sourcing and executing acquisitions and development in South and Central Florida and Denver, CO.

Brad Kluever attended the University of Denver from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Construction Management. Additionally, in February 2014, Brad Kluever obtained the Illinois Real Estate Broker certification.
