Vero Anderson has a diverse background in information technology and project management. They started their career as a Software Engineer at Wavtrace, Inc in 1999, where they worked until 2002.

From 2003 to 2011, Anderson worked at Harris Corporation in various roles. As a Project Engineer, Anderson managed a hardware development project, leading a team of engineers and reducing program requirements variability. Anderson also took on the responsibilities of leading the supply chain management and staffing functions for the Deployment team of the Field Data Collection Automation program, successfully orchestrating the procurement of $33M of information technology material. Additionally, Anderson led the development of a proprietary data communications system and designed a high-speed serial interface device for the TSAT-SS Program.

In 2011, Anderson joined Trident Systems as a Project Manager, where they managed several concurrent hardware development projects in the digital, communications, and antenna fields. They led a team of ten experienced engineers and focused on developing technologies such as efficient wideband RF power amplification and secure communication links.

Since 2015, Anderson has been working at First Information Technology Services, Inc as the Vice President of the audit and advisory group. Anderson specializes in FedRAMP compliance, leading teams that perform audits and provide consulting services for cloud providers of all sizes on the West Coast.

Throughout their career, Anderson has acquired certifications in CISSP, CCSP, and PMP, demonstrating their expertise in information security and project management.
