Heather Schumacher

Heather Schumacher currently serves as the Head of Cards and BaaS Operations at First International Bank & Trust since February 2025. Prior to this role, Heather held various leadership positions including EVP and Chief Operations Officer at Central Payments from December 2019 to December 2024, and Chief Operations Officer at Urban FT from March 2019 to December 2019. Heather's experience also includes significant roles at Sunrise Banks, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Operations Officer to Prepaid Operations Manager, and as Director of Industry Support at Meta Payment Systems. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of South Dakota, obtained in 1999.
