Nikki Kressin-Davy

Nikki Kressin-Davy, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at First International Bank & Trust since 2014. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Nikki has previously held positions including Human Resources Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Recruiting Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of recruiting, compensation, benefits, and talent development initiatives. Prior to First International Bank & Trust, Nikki served as Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual and as National Talent Advisor at TMI Hospitality, showcasing a strong background in talent acquisition across diverse sectors. Nikki holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and participated in the United Way 35 Under 35 Women's Leadership Program in 2014.
