Robert Reuss is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, architecture, and team management. Currently serving as Director of Data and Development (SVP) at First International Bank & Trust since May 2021, Robert previously held roles at MentorMate as an Enterprise Architect and at Connexions Loyalty as Director of Application Development. Robert has a strong background in client interaction, solution architecture, and application development, effectively managing teams of over 30 professionals and overseeing project prioritization using Agile methodologies. Robert’s career encompasses diverse roles in software engineering, team leadership, and IT consultancy, with a proven track record of driving innovation and strategic direction across various organizations. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
