Currently serving as a Commercial Card Administrator at First International Bank & Trust since June 2025, Sarah has held various leadership roles at Central Payments from April 2021 to June 2025, including Director of Operational Risk and Director of Platform Services. Prior to that, Sarah was the Director of Customer Care at CAPITAL Services from October 2016 to April 2021, having also progressed through several customer care management positions within the same company from 2006 to 2021. Sarah began a career in customer service as a Supervisor at Wyndham Hotel Group, where tenure spanned from January 1997 to October 2006. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Northern State University.
