Siera Christianson

Siera Christianson currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer, Senior Vice President of Kotapay, and Head of Product & Strategy at First International Bank & Trust since January 2024. Concurrently, Siera serves as a Board Member and Secretary for TeamMates Sioux Falls. Prior experience includes an Executive Assistant role for the Mayor of Sioux Falls, where responsibilities involved serving as a point-of-contact for residents and drafting essential documents. Siera also held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO, CSO, and GM at Central Payments, focusing on improving executive team operations and communication. Previous roles at Sanford Health involved supporting HR and Marketing executives, in addition to project management duties at Carsforsale.com and customer service positions at First PREMIER Bank. Siera holds a Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University and an Associate's of Applied Science in Marketing from Southeast Tech.
