Katy Clayton

Katy Clayton has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Katy is currently a Vice President and Public Finance Portfolio Manager at First Internet Bank since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at S&P Global, starting in June 2007. At S&P Global, their roles included Associate Director from April 2017 to September 2018, Associate in US Public Finance Rating Services from March 2011 to March 2017, Ratings Specialist in State and Local Governments from April 2010 to March 2011, Ratings Analyst in State and Local Governments from April 2009 to April 2010, and Senior Research Assistant in State and Local Governments from June 2007 to April 2009. Katy also completed a Tax Policy and Administration Internship at the U.S. Government Accountability Office from January 2006 to May 2006.

Katy Clayton attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Finance (BSPA). In 2011, they also obtained the Standard & Poor's Credit Ratings Analyst Certification from Standard & Poor's, U.S. Public Finance Ratings.
