Nicole S. Lorch

Ms. Lorch was appointed President in July 2021 and has held the title of Chief Operating Officer since January 2017. She joined First Internet Bank in February 1999 as Director of Marketing. She served as the Bank’s Vice President, Marketing & Technology from 2003-2011 and Senior Vice President, Retail Banking from 2011-2017. Previously, Ms. Lorch held marketing roles at VIFI (Virtual Financial Services) and re: Member Data Services.

Ms. Lorch serves on advisory boards for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) and the Hamilton County Community Foundation.

Ms. Lorch earned a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and an MBA from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business and is a 2015 graduate of the CBA Executive Banking School.
