Ryan Kroge, MBA, MSF, possesses extensive experience in business development within the SBA lending sector. Currently serving as the Podcast Host for The BDO Show since February 2024, Ryan co-hosts the leading podcast for SBA business development officers nationwide. As the VP, Senior Business Development Officer at First Internet Bank since August 2020, Ryan employs a consultative approach to structure financing solutions for small businesses across the continental United States. Previous roles include VP, Senior Business Development Officer at BankUnited Small Business Finance, where Ryan achieved Presidents Club status, and VP, Senior SBA Product Specialist at Huntington National Bank, credited with developing a successful SBA lending platform in Southeast Michigan.
